Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you offer flat-rate shipping?
Yes. We offer flat-rate shipping per unit based on the product category and delivery region. Rates are clearly outlined below and applied at checkout.

How are weights and accessories shipped?
Weights and accessories are calculated at checkout via UPS.
Cable attachment kits, storage attachment kits, and rubber flooring are calculated at 20% of the item price at checkout.
Is shipping charged per item?
Yes. All shipping rates are per individual unit. Orders with multiple items will have shipping calculated based on quantity and product type.
Are shipping fees refundable or negotiable?
No. All shipping fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
How does the shipping process work?
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, our team will prepare your equipment for shipment. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the carrier’s scheduled delivery window.
