Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you offer flat-rate shipping?
Yes. We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping per individual unit based on the product category and your delivery region.

How are weights, attachments, and flooring shipped?

Weights & Accessories (including sets over 100 lbs): Rates are calculated live at checkout via UPS based on weight and location.

Cables, Storage Attachment Kits, & Rubber Flooring: Calculated flat at 20% of the item’s retail price at checkout.
Is shipping charged per item?
Yes. All listed shipping rates are per individual unit. For orders containing multiple items, your total shipping cost will be calculated based on the quantity and specific category of each item in your cart.
Are shipping fees refundable or negotiable?
No. All shipping fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
How does the shipping process work?
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, our logistics team prepares your equipment for freight or ground shipment. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking links once your order leaves our facility.
⚠️ Important: Because commercial gym equipment is heavy, freight deliveries require someone to be present on-site to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery during the carrier’s scheduled window.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination region and the freight carrier assigned to your route. Please refer to your tracking link for the most precise, real-time updates.
