Optimized Guide for Adjusting the New Pro Strength Dual Leg Press by Muscle D Fitness
Step 1: Adjust the Seat Back Angle
- Start by adjusting the angle of the seat back. Three slots are available; the choice depends on the user's torso size to ensure comfort. A lower seat back emphasizes the glutes, while a higher seat back targets the quadriceps.
Step 2: Position the Leg Press Platforms
- Use the two handles, steel rods, and triangular chrome wedges to raise the leg press platforms to their highest position. Ensure the wedges are securely placed under the foot platforms for safe use.
Step 3: Set the Lower Stop Position
- Adjust the lower stop position brackets along the square tubes. There are six marked positions, with #1 being the lowest the carriage can go. Select the position that best suits your range of motion.
Step 4: Lock or Unlock Foot Platforms
- Lock the two foot platforms together using the chrome pull pin for regular leg presses. Pull out the pin to perform independent iso-lateral leg presses (alternating legs).
Note: Ensure your feet are firmly placed on the rubber surfaces of the sliding carriage.
Step 5: Safely Enter the Machine
- Hold onto the handles attached to the leg press platforms when getting into the machine. Place one foot on the non-skid black rubber surface in the middle of the frame below the platforms to prevent slipping. Lower yourself slowly into the seat.
This guide ensures a safe and effective workout with the New Pro Strength Iso-Lateral Leg Press, helping you maximize results while reducing the risk of injury.
