Went into the store looking for some equipment for my home gym and got exactly what I was looking for. Customer service was great and they answered all of my questions.
Purchased all in one that I am able to do most of workout I need. Great machine so far. Price is so great, incredible. Liz is great to work it. I would definitely recommend.
The leg press arrived broken. I was told a service person would be sent to fix the machine. Then we were ignored for a couple of weeks. When we finally got someone to answer they said they would send parts and a video on how to fix it. Parts arrived with no instructions and we couldn't fix the machine. I mean should we really be having to fix a brand new $3,000 piece of equipment? No.
We have reached out numerous times to return it. Gym Pros tells us to contact Muscle D Fitness and Muscle D Fitness tells us to contact Gym Pros.....and it goes back and forth and back and forth. I have the leg press sitting in my driveway and no one will help me.
