You may cancel an order for a full refund, less processing fees at any time prior to shipment.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Restocking Fee
You may return your fitness equipment within 30 days of delivery for 100% of the product price less a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned merchandise. We believe this policy encourages mindful purchasing while ensuring fair treatment for all customers.
Original shipping and installation charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.
Return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase price.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will assist in scheduling return shipping and instruct you on how to proceed with the shipment. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like used products or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
